Oil Analysis Instruments

The instrument’s testing system consists of a front-mounted dual-bend condenser tube. The condenser tube is made of 304 stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance. The quartz glass tube-sleeved heater provides high thermal efficiency, oxidation resistance, oil splash protection, and is safe and economical.

The heating chamber of the instrument features an openable glass window for convenient observation. The distance between the heating furnace and the flask can be adjusted via a knob, ensuring convenient operation.

The cooling bath temperature is controlled by an intelligent digital display temperature controller with PID self-tuning function, providing precise temperature control and convenient observation. The receiving chamber is equipped with refrigerated constant temperature to ensure cooling for gasoline recovery.

Compressor cooling is adopted, featuring fast cooling speed and long service life.

The heating system is controlled by a solid-state voltage regulator to adjust the heating rate, offering sensitive voltage regulation, reliability, and durability. The furnace is connected in series with high-temperature quartz tubes, making furnace wire replacement convenient. The furnace lifting knob adopts a reverse-thread locking mechanism, which is sturdy, durable, and easy to disassemble.

The bath tank is made of stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance and good sealing. The cooling medium is pre-filled before delivery, requiring no additional filling by the user.

The instrument is equipped with a cooling system. The fan activates to cool the furnace, improving testing efficiency.
