Oil Analysis Instruments

The Engine Oil Borderline Pumping Temperature Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the applicable standards: GB/T 9171, ASTM D3829, SH/T 0562, and ASTM D4684 test methods. It is suitable for measuring the test oil after being held at a constant temperature of 80°C, and then cooled to the final test temperature at a programmed cooling rate. A low torque is gradually applied to the rotor shaft until rotation begins, and the yield stress of the test oil is measured. Then a higher torque is applied to measure the apparent viscosity of the test oil.

The instrument adopts advanced technology, integrating mechanical, optical, electronic, and computer technologies for accurate temperature measurement.

The refrigeration section of the instrument adopts a compressor and cascade refrigeration technology, featuring fast cooling speed, stable performance, and long service life.

The instrument is operated via a 7-inch touch screen, with stable industrial-grade PLC control and convenient operation.

Alloy rotors are used, which are lightweight, non-deforming, and have cone tips that are not easily damaged and easy to clean.

The viscometer bath of the instrument includes numbered 9-well viscometers in a temperature-controlled aluminum block, heaters, temperature sensors, and photoelectric encoders, etc. The instrument automatically prints data after the test.

The instrument has a benchtop structure, with an attractive overall appearance and convenient placement.
